Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ExamCoach you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ExamCoach is a study aid that uses AI to generate practice questions, explanations, and study plans for IT certification exams. It is not affiliated with AWS, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or any certification body. Passing an exam is not guaranteed.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use ExamCoach.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or daily question caps through automated requests or multiple accounts.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish AI-generated content from ExamCoach at scale.

The free tier provides 5 AI-generated quiz questions per day. We reserve the right to adjust these limits. We will notify users by email of any significant reductions.

Questions and explanations are generated by an AI model and may occasionally contain errors. Always cross-reference with official certification study materials. ExamCoach is a supplement, not a replacement, for official exam preparation.

Notes and study materials you upload remain yours. You grant ExamCoach a limited licence to process them solely to generate quiz questions for you. We do not use your notes to train AI models.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. ExamCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamCoach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ExamCoach after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
